Dr. Nicole Ninteau is a nutrition scientist, educator, and strategist with a passion for translating science into meaningful, real-world impact. With a PhD in Biochemical and Molecular Nutrition and an MPH in Health Communication from the Tufts Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy, she brings deep expertise in nutrient metabolism, evidence evaluation, and the science of behavior change.
Throughout her career, Nicole has worked across academia, startups, and industry, developing nutrition content, leading cross-sector innovation initiatives, and shaping wellness programs that are rooted in science and built for action. She has taught graduate courses at Tufts and The George Washington University, contributed to the Tufts Health and Nutrition Letter, and led working groups at the Tufts Food and Nutrition Innovation Institute that convene stakeholders from across the food system.
Her interdisciplinary background includes not only nutrition and public health, but also business operations, product development, and fitness programming. As a former startup operator in the fitness and wellness space, she has helped companies scale, shape digital products, and design the operational infrastructure needed for sustainable growth.
